Meet your Coach
With over 25 years of experience in the personal training and fitness industry, Matthew Cegile has the knowledge and confidence needed to master the art of personal training.
Health and wellbeing have always been a massive part of Matthew's life. Still, when he fell victim to a severe lumbar spine injury in his late 20's, he decided to use physical therapy, weight training, and nutrition in an attempt to complete full rehabilitation.
That experience spurred Matthew on to share his knowledge and expertise with others, helping his clients build up their strength and avoid injury while boosting their energy levels at the same time.
